Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
